A morning movement session led by Dickson Mbi. Unite, connect, move. Enjoy moving to music with a contemporary dance and hip hop influence.

The classes are free to attend but registration is essential. If you are currently in paid employment and feel that you could afford to, please consider making a donation. All donations will go towards paying freelance creatives, artists and educators to work with us.

Dickson Mbi was born in Cameroon and grew up in London where he studied at Lewisham College and London Contemporary Dance school. He has worked with award-winning artists such as Russell Maliphant, Boy Blue Entertainment, Robbie Williams, Corrine Bailey-Rae, Black Eyed Peas. As a choreographer, he founded Dickson Mbi Company in 2018, and is also creating external commissions.
