About this event

Health • Personal health

Are you struggling with core weakness, pelvic floor issues, poor posture or back discomfort? Do you find that traditional exercises like crunches or kegel don’t help (or even make things worse)?

Join us for a relaxed and informative introduction to Hypopressives, led by Rachel Jones, one of our specialist therapists at Belfast Chiropractic & Complementary Therapies.

What You’ll Learn

  • What hypopressives are and how they differ from conventional core exercises
  • How this gentle, low-pressure technique can help strengthen your core and pelvic floor
  • The science behind how breathing and posture can improve pelvic support and spinal alignment
  • Why hypopressives are ideal for postpartum recovery, pelvic floor dysfunction, posture and back pain

You’ll also see a short demonstration of the technique and have the chance to ask questions about whether hypopressives could benefit you personally.

Who It’s For

This event is perfect for:

  • Anyone curious about gentle, effective core and pelvic health exercises
  • Women recovering after pregnancy or managing pelvic floor weakness
  • People experiencing prolapse, bladder leaks, poor posture or back discomfort
  • Athletes or active individuals looking to enhance breathing control and core endurance.

Why Attend

Hypopressives are still relatively new in the UK, but growing evidence shows they can help improve posture, core tone and pelvic support without strain or pressure. This is your chance to experience what it’s all about and see how it could help you reconnect with your body in a safe, supportive environment.

Spaces are limited, so early booking is recommended.

Please note, the talk will take place upstairs at the clinic. Please contact us if you have mobility concerns.
