About this event
🌿 Rebuilding Your Life After Loss: A 6-Week Group Programme
Do any of these feel familiar?
You feel stuck or overwhelmed by waves of grief
Everyday tasks feel heavy and you’re constantly triggered
You no longer recognise yourself or the life around you
You’re doing your best to cope, but deep down you feel alone in your grief
Grief has the power to reshape our lives. Left unacknowledged, it can affect our sense of identity, wellbeing and ability to fully engage with life. But within grief, there is also space — space to reconnect, reimagine and gently begin again.
This is a space to honour your loss — and rediscover your path forward.
Rebuilding Your Life After Loss is a nurturing 6-week group coaching programme designed to help you gently process your grief, reconnect with yourself and begin to move forward with clarity and compassion.
This isn’t about “fixing” or “getting over it.” It’s about creating space to feel, to heal and to rebuild — at your own pace, in the company of others who understand.

About Your Facilitator
This programme is led by Chandni R Thakkar, Transformation Coach and Bach Flower Specialist at Magnolia Pathways. With a heart-led, intuitive and compassionate approach, Chandni creates a deeply supportive space for people navigating loss and life transitions. She specialises in grief, loss and emotional regulation.
Her work blends gentle emotional support with powerful mindset and somatic tools, helping her clients feel safe, seen and empowered to move forward in their own time.
“Chandni held space for me in a way I didn’t know I needed. I felt truly safe to express my grief without judgement and for the first time in a long time, I began to feel like myself again.”
‘’During a challenging period last year, Chandni approached things with a holistic and creative mindset, encouraging me to view situations from a broader perspective rather than reacting out of anxiety or fear. This shift has empowered me to tackle challenges, whether they are professional or personal, from a place of strength and self-empowerment.’’
What is Coaching?
Coaching is a forward-focused, collaborative space that helps you reconnect with your strengths, process your emotions, and make empowered choices. It is not therapy — it’s a heart-centred approach that supports healing, transformation and self-leadership.

Frequently asked questions
Group coaching brings together a small number of individuals navigating similar experiences—in this case, grief and loss—into a safe, supportive space. You will be guided through reflective exercises, emotional tools and group discussions.
You’re encouraged to engage and share at your own pace, but there is never any pressure. Your presence alone is enough, and many participants find value in simply listening and reflecting. You will always be met with compassion and respect.
We encourage participants to have their camera on to create a more connected, supportive & group environment. However, if you’re feeling emotional or need a moment to yourself, you're absolutely welcome take a small break and turn your camera off for a while.
Each session includes guided exercises, helpful tools and emotional insights designed to support your healing journey. You’ll also have space for group reflection and discussion within a nurturing, coach-led environment.
Sessions are not recorded to protect the confidentiality and comfort of all participants. If you miss a session, you can still receive the tools and exercises that were shared, along with a brief summary so you can stay connected to the process.
Each group is kept small and intimate, with a maximum of six participants. This allows for a deeper sense of connection, trust and shared understanding.
Attend all 6 sessions to receive the full benefit of the programme, have stable internet access and join live Zoom calls with your camera on, be open and willing to reflect, share and engage in group discussions, bring printed worksheets to each session to follow along and capture insights
