Can I bring my child?

It is quite a long session with important information so we recommend that children do not attend this meeting.

What if my partner and I are separated/no longer together?

We strongly encourage all parents to attend and have two dates available in case this is helpful with regards to access arrangements. Will I meet my child's class teacher?

It is always our aim that you will get to meet your child's class teacher and teaching assistant on this day. However, there are sometimes unforeseen staffing changes which mean this isn't always possible.

Question 4

Can I park at the school?

Parking is incredibly limited. We encourage car sharing and ask that you do not double park in the staff car park. Our yellow zig-zags will not be in operation during the evening so families are able to park there.

Can I bring my mum/dad/friend to the meeting?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! We know that if this is your first child, these sorts of events with lots of information can feel quite daunting! We also know that Grandparents and friends can be pivotal with childcare arrangements and therefore the information may also be useful for them.

Question 6

Is there disabled access?

Accepted Answer

Our school is all on one level and our doors are wide enough to allow entry with a wheelchair. We also have a toilet which is wide enough to fit a wheelchair. We do ask that you inform us of any access arrangements needed so we can reserve you a seat in the hall which is easily accessible.
