Our retreats are run in an inspirational setting high on the Berkshire Downs. We make the most of the superb countryside with woodland walks and exercise classes suitable for all levels. Mind and body are both treated, with massage, yoga, sound healing and carefully selected workshops designed to supercharge your wellbeing - from nutrition to goal-setting and from pottery to paddle boarding .... Serious nourishment is high priority. Our food is vegetarian and filled with wholesome and natural ingredients but, most importantly, plentiful and delicious. The final element is down time - to nap, read, walk or do nothing at all!
