My Recharge Classes are a sanctuary for your soul.

They blend Reiki healing, meditation, and powerful RTT-inspired guidance to help you release the tension, reset your nervous system, and restore your energy—emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.

In this session, you will:

⚡ Receive Reiki healing to clear stuck energy & recharge your soul

🌿 Shift your mindset & let go of limiting beliefs

Leave feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply restored.

You will be lying down for the session in a beautiful healing space.

You will need to bring a yoga mat, a blanket, pillow, socks, eye mask & a drink.
