Bring a water bottle. we provide mats, cushions, blankets. Don’t forget an open heart and a smile.

What should I wear

Comfy clothes for gentle movement. Gym wear is ideal.

Should I eat beforehand?

Have a light meal but nothing too heavy. We will be doing some gentle movements and different breathing techniques.   Light refreshments (herbal tea & biscuits)  available at the end.

Sorry but if you are pregnant, this event it not suitable.

Do I need any previous experience?

Not at all. This is all at your own pace and guided with compassion and kindness. We welcome everyone!

Could I feel emotional?

Possibly. Different techniques can sometimes bring up different emotions. We encourage curiosity and to observe those emotions with compassion and non judgement. You will be in a safe loving  space, but if you do feel you need a few moments that is completely fine too.
