About this event

Join me and a small group of your peers for an intimate retreat designed to help you navigate change with greater confidence and skill.

This powerful one-day experience is a purposeful break from the daily grind: a chance to reflect, reconnect and rediscover what resilience means to you.

By exploring your own resilience skills (and development areas) and busting some resilience myths, you will recharge your capacity for change and gain practical tools to strengthen your team's capacity to thrive amid uncertainty.

What to expect

  • Gain a deep understanding of your resilient leadership strengths and development areas with the Resilient Leaders Elements™ assessment.
  • Dive into the science and practice of social resilience and understand what the latest research tells us about leading for resilience.
  • Action-planning – design resilience-enabling spaces and routines for yourself and team through hands-on, collaborative activities.

This full-day facilitated exploration is in the restorative calm of Wallacespace, St Pancras. As well as an enriching day of self-discovery, shared learning and action planning, you will enjoy a healthy, nutritious breakfast and lunch, plus refreshments throughout the day.

You’ll leave with

  1. Deeper understanding of your own resilient leadership strengths and development areas.
  2. A clear, actionable plan to recharge your resilience and lead through change with confidence.
  3. Practical insights to support your team’s resilience and collective ability to adapt and thrive.

Why join?

This is not just another workshop. It’s a dedicated space to pause, reflect and re-energise – powered by 25 years' of research into Resilient Leaders Elements™ and designed for real impact.

Wallacespace is designed with engendering social connection in mind, by encouraging spontaneous conversations and creating space in which people feel comfortable sharing thoughts and ideas.
