Event description

Description

Run by Professor Cliff Oswick (Chair in Organisational Theory) and Dr Santi Furnari (Senior Lecturer in Strategy) of Cass Business School, this one-day workshop will focus on the shift away from top-down control in favour of a more bottom-up, non-hierarchical, networked and collaborative form of organisational change. We will look at how being able to leverage collaborative relationships and establish effective networks is key to successful organisational change. The workshop will provide an opportunity to work together to develop meaningful, shared OD agendas and foster reciprocal OD exchanges/ programmes across the NHS, aiming to provide a space to move forward on our shared aims.

This workshop will consist of a series of sessions that combine contemporary theoretical insights with a practical and grounded understanding of how to apply the material covered to participants' day-to-day work. The primary emphasis is on skills development and active participations through a variety of experiential activities.

The workshop is specifically focused on OD practitioners, and you should be available to attend for the whole day.

**Please note that although this event is free to attend, a late cancellation fee will be charged for those cancelling with less than 7 days notice, or not attending.**
