Event description

Description

Everyone knows that breath gives us life. However, we may not realise if we’re not breathing effectively then we’re not present in our bodies. Many of us use our breath to repress and suppress our emotions which can lead to illness and disease. Our breath is a key indicator of physical, emotional and spiritual health and its impact on our quality of life gets overlooked.

Benefits include:

  • Increased energy and detoxification
  • Organ massage
  • Relaxation of mind and body
  • Boosted immunity
  • Pain relief
  • Release of tension
  • Less stress, anxiety and depression
  • More joy, connection and expanded awareness

How should I prepare for this event?

Practising on an empty stomach is preferable so please avoid heavy meals prior to the session.

Due to the abdominal nature of the breathing practice, it’s essential you wear very loose comfortable clothing (especially around the waist area) such as comfortable tracksuit bottoms and a loose T-shirt rather than jeans or anything with a belt to enable your body to be as relaxed and comfortable as possible.

It's best to avoid caffeine and alcohol for 24 hours prior to the session.

Please bring your own water bottle, which can be re-filled from the water urn.

Please arrive promptly.

Early Bird fee until the 17th March £245 + fee, thereafter £295 + fee. PAYMENT TO BE MADE BY 26TH APRIL.
