Give yourself space and time to experience, and experiment what happens even before understanding it intellectually.
I created this workshop to untangle one of the most common challenges that all creatives, artists and changemakers face:
What do I do when I feel creatively stuck? How do I get inspiration again?
By joining this workshop you will…
- Reclaim the right to your own identity as an artist and changemaker, and rethink what a creative life looks like.
- Unpack your beliefs, internal messages and emotions that hold you back from creating.
- Get clarity on what helps you feeling inspired and connected with your creative process.
- Reflect on the societal conditioning that we face as creatives
- Explore tools, strategies and mindset shifts to help you re-awaken your creative spark
I believe that creativity and making your craft (no matter what that means to you) is essential to your wellbeing, professional endeavors and art-making. Fear, resistance, self-doubt and creative blocks are very real but they don't have to stop you from making your work.
For many what stands in the way is resistance, which is not something you need to give energy to, but if you want to engage with your work in a way that supports You it's important for you to learn how to recognize it and respond to it.
Learn how to recognize your patterns early on in your thinking can help you to shift your mindset and reframe them into something more supportive for you and your work.
Allowing yourself to open up to that place within yourself that holds your creative expression will help you start to embrace your creative work with inspiration and excitement.
The gist
This collective coaching experience is designed to create a safe space to help you uncover why you may find yourself feeling stuck in your artistry and understand how this challenge is affecting you and your work.
Through self-reflection and journaling you will become more aware of what is preventing you from tapping fully into your creativity. A guided visualization will lead you meeting your creative-self and re-imagining this part of yourself that you might have lost touch with. Through group sharing you will explore what came up for you, connect and create community.
My deepest hope that this experience will leave you better equipped with tools and resources to deal with the challenge of feeling stuck that comes with your creative practice and engage with your creative process in a more joyful and sustainable way.
I truly can't wait for this and connect with you soon.
Lots of Love, Bea
MY CLIENTS’ EXPERIENCE WITH CREATIVE COACHING
Beatrice helped me to reflect on my identity as an artist and designer, on my artistic process, and on what makes me different from the other artists in my niche, in order to better comprehend my strengths myself. After our coaching journey I am more confident and structured when planning my work. I also learned how to pause, rest and get energy back, instead of overworking and losing the joy of the creation and design process.- Francesca Feltrin, artist and designer
The creative coaching sessions with Bea have provided me with a container in which I could express my main fears and desires, as well as talk openly about where I was at. Bea has offered a multitude of tools and ideas, as well as a nourishing and holistic style of guidance that I was able to apply to my own unique needs. Most importantly, the sessions have helped me get back in touch with my own sources of inspiration and the desire to create. The things I've learnt will keep on informing and guiding me in my future projects. Thank you! - Alexandra Lais, somatic guide and yoga teacher
Thank you again for the coaching session last night, I really appreciate how much you give to this work. Doing the visualization exercise together with you was really helpful for me, I've never gotten much out of them before but feel like this time maybe I was a bit more open and willing to receive instead of forcing it. - Esther Abramson, artist
In a time of need, the workshop has been like a gate for me. It allowed me to access self trust, connect to my dreams and set intentions for my creative practice. It has been sort of a recharge of energy and passion for my heart's work. Visualisations and journaling were tools that I thought I knew, yet surprisingly Bea guided me through a new, inspiring path. As a creative, I often put all my heart in my work and get to moments of distrust in my own practice when I burn out. This workshop brought me back to the roots of the dreams that stand behind my practice, reminding me the joy of creating and the trust in my own self. Thank you so much! - Anna Tabellini, artist and architect
