About this event
💬 What is this space?
Reclaiming Your Wiring is a 6-week online series for neurodivergent women who have spent years trying to fit in, keep up, or tone themselves down. Signing up for one session automatically enrols you in all of them.
We mainly specialise in supporting women with ADHD and Autism, which will be the central theme of these workshops. Women with all forms of neurodivergence are very welcome to join, but these are not currently our areas of expertise.
This is not therapy, it’s a psychologically informed, empowering space designed and delivered by neurodivergent women with lived experience and professional training. Sessions blend positive psychology, coaching approaches, and neurodiversity-affirming practice to support exploration, insight, and self-acceptance.
Each session is delivered in a webinar-style format to protect anonymity, reduce social pressure, and create a calm, non-intrusive environment. You can engage in the way that feels safest to you — whether that’s watching quietly, using the chat, or journaling alongside.
🧩 Weekly Themes (May shift slightly... ADHD happens)
Week 1 – Knowing You're Wired Differently: What Neurodivergence Really Means
Explore what neurodivergence is (and isn’t), why so many women are missed, and how it feels to finally be seen.🌀 We’ll gently explore your lived experience, with space to share your story (if you’d like to), and use reflective coaching questions to help you connect the dots in a validating and empowering way.
Week 2 – Masks, Myths & Misdiagnosis: Understanding Burnout & Emotional Exhaustion
Unpack the emotional toll of lifelong masking and what ND burnout looks like in real life.🌀 Using strengths-based tools, we’ll explore how masking has shaped your identity and energy — and begin to challenge unhelpful narratives around “too much” or “not enough.”
Week 3 – Feeling Everything: Sensory Worlds & Emotional Regulation
Discover your sensory profile, how emotional regulation works in ND brains, and how to support yourself through overwhelm.🌀 We’ll introduce simple coaching and positive psychology practices to help you understand your triggers and build a more compassionate relationship with your nervous system.
Week 4 – Who Am I, Really? Identity, Unmasking & Self-Acceptance
Rebuild your identity on your own terms — without performance or apology.🌀 This session uses narrative coaching techniques and identity exploration to reconnect you with who you are underneath the mask — with room to reclaim lost parts and values.
Week 5 – Boundaries, Belonging & Rejection Sensitivity
Learn to spot people-pleasing patterns, navigate rejection sensitivity, and build stronger boundaries without guilt.🌀 We’ll draw on coaching psychology to practice kind, clear boundary-setting and explore what safe connection looks like in friendships, families, and relationships.
Week 6 – Thriving on Your Terms: Strengths, Needs & Neurodivergent Joy
Celebrate your strengths, needs and identity — and make a plan for what comes next.🌀 Using positive psychology approaches like values-based visioning, we’ll support you to define what thriving looks like for you, and explore next steps with clarity and confidence.
