Being in nature offers us time to reflect, refocus, and reconnect with our environment and ourselves. This session will provide a chance to cultivate your curiosity, sense of awe in nature, and space for calm. We will go on a guided, sensory wander which will include simple, yoga-inspired breathing, concentration practices and moments of stillness to notice the beauty around us.

This session involves walking at a relaxed pace with pauses to sit or lie down. We will meet at the jetty/main car parking area and walk into the park for the main session.

Our session is suitable for all ages. Those 18 and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
