Mindful Macrame Hearts

Taking time to pause and slow down in our lives is essential for our overall wellbeing.

Learning to have a slower pace in our lives, gives us the opportunity to not only pause but to calm our busy minds. Creativity in all its form is a great way to help you to boost your overall wellbeing.

Learn macrame techniques to make heart shaped wall décor creations.

Macrame is a textile technique that uses knots to create decorative patterns. The repetition of looping, knotting and weaving helps to create a soothing and mindful activity.

This is a beginner friendly workshop, no experience needed and all materials provided.

The event is run by Magnetic Ideals, it is taking place in the Loft Room of the Cornerstone Community Centre, which is wheelchair accessible.
