This workshop consists of two mandatory parts.

• Running a remote meeting cadence – recommended meeting formats you need when managing people and teams virtually

• Driving productive virtual meetings – how to make your meetings productive, engaging and outcome focused

• Getting things done - how to help your people to achieve discipline and productivity in a virtual environment

Trainer's Bio
