Is there parking available?

There are spaces available within Asthall Manor and also just outside sling the tree lined avenue.

Whatever you feel most comfortable in. I recommend bringing a few different layers. Even though the space has underfloor hearting our bodies naturally cool when lying down.

Do I need to bring anything?

Blankets, cushions and mattresses are provided. However, you’re very welcome to bring your own pillows and blankets if you’d especially like to - those attending the entire weekend may particularly like to bring their own blankets etc.

Eye masks - if you’d like to block out all traces of light - I do recommend wearing an eye mask. Beautiful eye masks made by sensory retreats are available at the checkout.

Where can I go for lunch?

Burford has several places Nutmeg and Thyme - just off the high street in ‘Christmas Court’ is a gorgeous vegan and gluten free cafe - run by local cook Emily - definitely recommended. Lynwoods on the high street has great brunches & coffee.
