This is a beautiful tranquil retreat space, which is a short distance walk from the sandy beach. The day includes:

• Seawater foot cleanse & release

• Cliffside nature walk

Walking is at a leisurely pace, a basic level of fitness is required for the day.

Investment is £140 (excluding Eventbrite fees)

There are direct trains from Victoria Station or taxis to share with other Sistas at the station. 

Parking is free on the road and in the surrounding areas and the venue is 11 minutes from the train station.

This day is all about you, reconnecting with your spiritual self, and giving yourself permission to try new things and live in the moment without apology.
