Connection affects every part of our lives - personal, emotional, mental and physical. In this one-day workshop we will be working to heal burnout and jaded, disconnected feelings so that we can fully engage in our own lives and return to a positive sense of balance. This session will include yoga postures and group hypnotherapy to support deeper feelings of connection. We will build an understanding of how we connect or disconnect through food, and how to use diet to nourish our bodies. You will also work with coaching tools to create your personal vision of a more connected life where you feel supported, self-confident, and more like you.
