The power of Video Interviewing is starting to be harnessed by many forward thinking organisations. In fact, 6 out of 10 recruiters in the US already have it as an integral part of their recruitment technique and say it can cut recruitment time and expense by up to 70%, yet many UK recruiters are only just starting to embrace this technology. David Copple, CEO of Shine, will discuss exactly what is meant by Video Interviewing – the differences between a dedicated tool and other platforms such as Skype.
We will look at some of the benefits for In-House Recruiters and Hiring Managers, both in terms of cost and time saving over a traditional process, but also some of the secondary benefits such as enhancing their employer brand, improving retention, consistency, audibility and fairness for candidates.
