He's a social care consultant, trainer, and regulatory specialist with deep expertise in risk management, care planning, and quality assurance. He worked for more than decade as Senior and Operational Manager responsible for Children's Homes and Supported Accommodation settings, also leading service development, supporting teams, and ensuring high standards of care planning and risk assessment.
