This event is your chance to learn from the best! Join us in Balquhidder for a hands-on series of workshops with the talented musician and sound engineer, Mike Vass. This 3.5 day retreat will show you how to record your own music making, cover the basics of mixing and mastering tracks and introduce you to a few tricks of the trade to make your recordings sound as professional as possible. Whether you're a beginner or have some experience already, this event is perfect for anyone looking to enhance their skills. Day 1 will be focussed on equipment and technology and the development of guide tracks. On Day 2 there will be 5 x 1hr recording slots with Mike to caputure your music. Day 3 will be all about the editing and mixing processes that happen once you have your track recorded.

It is free to register interest at this stage and we will be in touch with everyone who feels they may wish to attend to find out more about you / your group and whether this course will be a good fit for you. If you decide to go ahead and confirm a place for yourself we would ask you to confirm with a BACs payment at a later date.
