About this event

  • 5 hours 30 minutes

Recording Days provide an opportunity to record all the wildlife seen on the day to understand what species are present in the area. On the day, you will practise biological recording, meet like-minded people and learn from our knowledgeable vice county recorders.

Some of the land is farmed so no dogs are allowed on this event. Some of the land also includes SSSI with interesting habitats surrounding, including semi-natural woodland, ponds, marshy grassland, an orchard and river.

All welcome although you should have some wildlife identification skills and be willing to record the wildlife you can identify on the day.

Please note: We will be coordinating car shares for the day as there is limited parking on site.

More details of the location (postcode & grid ref) will be provided nearer the time.
