About this event

The Times called the fight for Liverpool's Victorian Welsh Streets the 'planning battle of the century so far', and Country Life hailed it 'the decade's greatest convervation victory'. In this online event, campaigner Jonathan Brown reviewed SAVE's role in rescuing 400 homes from the jaws of the bulldozer, and the case's radical impact on national regeneration policy. Jonathan is SAVE's northern colleague and a Liverpool planning and tourism expert.
