What will I hear at the conference

You will hear people speaking honestly and authentically about their experience of mental health challenges, and you will have the opportunity to speak about your own experience if you so wish. People providing services will be willing to hear what is said, and will share their own experience too.

Will it be a stressful experience?

Accepted Answer

The event is intended to provide an honest and open space for people to speak freely. However, everyone who is presenting or offering workshops, will speak with balance, respect and hopefulness.
