Description

RE:CREATE Psychiatry ShrinkRadio: Collaborative Strivings, Measurable Parities, and Mutual Resistance - The relationship between the arts and mental health in clinical practice

What goes into the fabric of a successful collaboration between the arts and clinical practice? What makes it meaningful and how should this be measured? And are these collaborations taken seriously?

Join us for a lively discussion event, curated in collaboration with RE:CREATE Psychiatry, a service-user-led exploratory platform based in and out of The Dragon Café, which brings together people with lived experience of mental ill-health and medical professionals to stimulate reciprocal dialogue, mutual support, and collaboration.

Further information about RE:CREATE Psychiatry is available here: https://recreatepsychiatry.com/

This event is part of the Arts in Mind Festival at the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology & Neuroscience, King’s College London, 4-10 June.
