Hosted by Grant Weinberg, Director of International Talent Acquisition at Gilead Sciences
When it comes to assessing the ‘right’ number of requisitions per recruiter, there are a number of criterions that can be considered to arrive at an appropriate number. You can consider geographical diversity, functional area, seniority, volume, recruiter capability, resources available and life cycle management. So how are businesses defining their recruiter volumes and monitoring impact on resourcing productivity?
This Resourcing Think Tank will involve debate and discussion around ‘best practice recruiting volumes’, whilst tackling the following questions:
- What’s the most accurate way to assess requisition loads? The number of requisitions carried at any one time, OR the number of requisitions closed by the recruiter (per month / quarter)
- What are the average recruiter volumes for different business scenarios like graduate recruitment or executive search?
- What data points are businesses using for measurement? Is quality a variable and if so how is it being measured?
