Hanson Search provides expert, tailored recruitment with a focus on finding cultural harmony between employers and candidates. Since kicking off his consultancy practice in January (after almost 30 years in recruitment agencies) the most common questions Steve gets are around 'how does my corporate experience translate to benefit SME's?' OR 'what quick wins can an SME get from learning how the 'big players' in the sector operate?' and there is often as much value for SME's in advising what to stop as there is what to start! At the Directors event Steve will be talking about how SME's leverage that expertise and insight to achieve their mid range and longer term goals including a potential exit & wealth creation.
