Recruitment ethics from the HR practitioners' perspectives

The session will focus on corporate strategy with regard to equality and diversity including direct and indirect discrimination while carrying out the recruitment process, attracting and supporting the right talen, and thinking about benchmarking and what that means for different organisations. This will be an interactive session with discussion, focussing on recruitment and HR as a tool to enhance productivity, excellence and innovation.
