Description

Recruitment Forecasting (Tactical Workforce Planning) Workshop

InSource Talent & Foresight have joined forces to develop a unique, one-day workshop focusing on the process of Tactical Workforce Planning – or how to build an accurate ‘recruitment forecast’.

This is the first, and most important, step in moving towards a more proactive resourcing model.

Designed specifically for the In-house Recruitment, Talent & HR community, this hands-on workshop will give you with a practical toolkit for implementing & managing a Recruitment Forecasting process within your own organisation.

We’ll show you how to map and engage your stakeholder population, design a bespoke forecasting questionnaire, collect & manage forecasting data, and convert that data into a recruitment action plan!

Who Should Attend?

This training course will suit people within the In-house Recruitment, Resourcing, Talent or HR community who want to adopt a more proactive approach to recruiting.

That could mean anyone responsible for the planning, management or delivery of their organisation’s recruitment activities.

The workshop is run as a regular ‘open’ event in London & Manchester, or can be delivered as an in-house workshop to your entire team.

What Will You Learn?

By the end of the session, you will know how to:

  • Build a compelling business case for implementing a recruitment forecasting / tactical workforce planning process.
  • Identify, map & engage your internal hiring population to identify your key forecasting community.
  • Create & distribute a bespoke ‘forecast questionnaire’ to capture critical tactical workforce planning data.
  • Control the forecasting process and manage the data to produce an accurate recruitment forecast.
  • Use that data to implement an ‘intelligent resourcing’ model and create proactive recruitment action plans.
  • Track & measure your results, using relevant metrics to demonstrate the ROI of your activities.

The Benefits of Attending

The key benefits of attending include:

  • Taking the first step towards developing a truly proactive recruitment & resourcing function!
  • A subsequent decrease in time-to-hire for critical future hires & ‘empty-chair’ costs for unfilled roles.
  • A measurable reduction in agency reliance through more planned, proactive, direct hiring & talent pipelining activities.
  • An increase in quality-of-hire through more measured, less reactive recruitment.
  • The development & delivery of a more consultative, higher-value recruitment service to the business.
