Delivery: Virtual via Microsoft Teams
Participation: participants are strongly recommended to turn on their cameras and mute microphone to get the most from the day

Pre-course reading: Sent with your invite – essential to complete
Facilitation: PowerPoint-led sessions with group discussions
Breakout rooms: Regular group work throughout the day

Afternoon session: Involves role play activities- designed to put the learning into practice, this includes questioning and listening techniques
