Workshop Overview
Everything from employer brand, to candidate experience, to job adverts will need to hold its own to attract strong candidates in this competitive talent economy.
In this workshop, we will explore the recruitment and selection process, and best practice for each step of the process to ensure you attract and identify the best people for your organisation.
Particular emphasis will be placed on the interviewing stage, with delegates being introduced to a best-practice Competency Based Interviewing process and having an opportunity to practice their interviewing skills.

- Case studies highlighting best practice recruitment in action
- How to write a compelling and focused Role Profile; including Job Description and Person Specification
- Understand effective shortlisting and learn useful models to help with shortlisting
- Getting selection right – explore alternative selection methods such as assessment centres and psychometrics.
- How to design and carry out effective interviews that really test your core experience and competency requirements, including considerations for remote interviews
