Recruitment Matters – How to attract staff

This Webinar has been designed to provide delegates with support to increase the attractiveness of their business to the labour market and to consider the steps that they need to take to explore all routes to recruitment. It will be delivered by Janis Simpson Mahoney (GEL Ltd), with Chris Young (Reed in Partnership - one of the UKs largest recruitment support organisations) and Gillian Mc Dowell Owner of Happy Raspberry a professional HR Recruitment Consultancy Practice.

This webinar will cover the following:

• Chris Young will outline innovative ways to engage with the labour market and what today’s job seekers are looking for in their employers.
• Gillian will provide an insight into how to be a good employer.
• Understand the importance of Job Adverts and Job Descriptions and develop the skills to produce high quality promotional materials.
• Understand how to engage with outside bodies to support recruitment outcomes (Government Funded Employment Programmes).
• How to network with other organisations to get the people your business needs
• How to increase the attractiveness of your business to your future employees!
