ARE YOU STRUGGLING TO RECRUIT?
Many employers are feeling the effects of the pandemic and are struggling to recruit. In response to this challenge, Derby City Councils Economic Growth Team are launching a FREE Brokerage support service to help employers, access support, funding, and a large pool of candidates, when recruiting their talent.
Our Brokerage service aims to simplify and connect.
We understand the employment and skills offer to business, so that you don’t have to. Once we understand your requirements, we will develop a recruitment plan and related activities to connect you to the right people and providers to meet your recruitment needs.
