There will then be an opportunity to hear from Sandy Lamb, a partner in Lindsays’ private client team who will present an update on the recent changes in legislation which are important for those providing advice in this area. Topics covered will include the reduced rate of Inheritance Tax, elements of the Succession (Scotland) Act 2016 and the Residence Nil Rate band.

Refreshments will be served. Members are also invited to enjoy a glass of wine and an opportunity to network after the CPD session.
