Join Hollie Sutherland from the Eastern Lowlands and Fife Red Squirrel Groups for a special Red Squirrel Talk & Walk at St Andrews Botanic Garden.
Part of the Garden’s DAISY Friday programme as we look forward to Red Squirrel Week (6th-12th October).
This event will include:
- A 45-minute illustrated talk introducing the story of Scotland’s red squirrels, their conservation challenges, and the work of local volunteer groups.
- A guided walk through the Garden, learning how to spot signs of squirrels and, if we’re lucky, watching them in action.
- A chance to ask questions and discover how you can get involved in local red squirrel conservation.
This is a DAISY (Donate as It Suits You) event, but places are limited – please register in advance to secure your spot. We recommend that participants wear appropriate footwear and warm clothing for spending time outdoors the Garden.
Book your free ticket today and join us for an afternoon celebrating one of Scotland’s most iconic species!
