The Annual Residents Conference will be happening on Saturday 11 June 2022 from 9:30am to 1:30pm.

This is the first event we are holding post-Covid and will be held in person; we also have a 'virtual ticket' option for those who wish to attend from home.

Our guest speakers will be:

• Alistair McIntosh, Chief Executive of Housing Quality Network

• TPAS – Tenant Engagement Experts

This year's theme is around what good resident engagement looks like. As part of the theme we would like to cover:

• Tenant satisfaction measures as set out in the white paper
• Digital inclusion
• What residents would consider to be good resident engagement

Timeline for the day:

• 9:30-10am: Registration
• 10-10:40am: Conference (session one)
• 10:40am-11:am: Break
• 11am-12:45pm: Conference (session two)
• 12:45-1:30pm: Lunch

We will have face masks and hand sanitiser on the day for those who wish to use them. Hot lunch will be provided.
