This walk will be led by our friends at Epping Forest Heritage Trust. We’ll meet at the edge of Forest (approx 10 mins walk from Loughton Underground station - we will share the exact meeting point closer to the time). The 6km/ 4 mile route will take us through ancient woodland and an iron age fort at Loughton Camp and includes a history of the ancient forest, forest bathing and a self-reflective short break.
