Who is this event for?

This event is for women* and allies - men and non-binary folk who want to learn and support women's career development (*anyone who identifies as a woman, regardless of gender-assigned at birth).  We welcome anyone who wants to learn how to develop, grow and achieve their career and life goals.

How confidential is this event?

100% confidential. We abide by the rules of coaching, beginning with a pact of confidentiality. What is shared in the room or session stays in the room or session.

Question 3

Will this event be interactive?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We are a coach-led community, facilitating your curiosity and enquiry and encouraging you to empathise, share inspiration and wisdom, and support one another on your career growth journeys.

Question 4

How safe will I feel at this event?

Accepted Answer

Very safe. Our facilitating coach will invite all delegates to practice inclusive behaviours so that everyone feels seen, heard and safe to share or say whatever they wish, without fear of judgment or recrimination.

Will I be able to ask the speaker questions?

Yes, our speakers are happy to receive and answer delegates' questions.

Question 6

Will this event be recorded? Can I register and watch it back?

Accepted Answer

Yes and yes. So if you can't attend live, please register and we will share the recording with you after the event, and you can watch it in your own time. The recording will only be available to those who register.
