The growth of AI, the vast amounts of data organisations now collect, and the cultural shift triggered by COVID are reshaping how we work and what people expect from the office. Office users want far more than nice soft seating or superficial updates; they crave better acoustic comfort, purposeful lighting, and wellbeing at the desk, among other experiential aspects.
Technology has always been the driver of change in how office space is imagined and organised. We've moved from a Taylorist-based office focused on process efficiency to a sensory, human-centred office concept. New tools enable new ways of collaborating, creating spatial concepts that truly support how people work now.
We're on the verge of a shift where the collective experience: the "WE" in the workplace, matters as much as individual tasks, and the interactions with virtual colleagues are integrated into the physical world. The office must support fluid change from a personal focus to virtual and face-to-face interaction.
In this webinar, Muriel explores key trends, real applications, and how design is evolving to meet the needs of tomorrow's workforce.
