Welcome to Redemption. Hosted by Masterchef: The Professionals Semi Finalist Victor Okunowo, GQ Sommelier of the Year Henna Zinzuwadia and Be Inclusive Hospitality Rising Star Finalist Angelo Gonzalez for an unforgettable culinary experience at Studio Z.

We deliver unique immersive affairs with an emphasis on multiculturalism; currently showcasing culinary links between Africa, South America, and the global diaspora, whilst highlighting thought-provoking wines with a story to tell.

At the heart of our mission is combining cultural authenticity with creative innovation. Cultural authenticity ensures that we are staying true to the roots and traditions of the cultures we are representing, while creative innovation allows us to present these stories in fresh, engaging, and impactful ways. By doing so, we hope to create a platform that not only shares stories, but also inspires curiosity, sparks dialogue, and fosters a deeper appreciation of the diverse cultures that make up our world.

The evening will also feature spoken word, a live band, and a raffle supporting young creatives, including a 14-year-old artist whose work inspired the official event poster.

The poster was created to capture what Redemption means to us - the masks we’ve worn, the faces we’ve grown through, the places that shaped us. The house stands for our roots, the cross for the balance between acceptance and renewal. Art is in the story behind this next chapter. A reminder that even after the fire, there’s always something worth rebuilding. Because redemption isn’t about erasing what came before. It’s about evolving from it - and finding joy in the process (Artist: Michael Agyekum-Hene).

JOY is the mission and that remains at the heart of every dish, pour, and story told. This event marks the beginning of a new journey, one that continues next year with Rebirth and Resolution. Following Redemption, the team will embark on a month-long R&D tour across Africa, exploring new culinary narratives and collaborations.

Through partnerships with ENISH, Supermalt, EKO Brewery, DODO Rum, and MJ Wine Cellars, the creators continue to spotlight brands championing diaspora excellence.

Guests are invited to rediscover what it means to dine with purpose; to taste the past, experience the present, and toast to what’s next.
