This in-person workshop led by Ruth Hughes (from Reflect and Refocus) will help you discover the 7 types of rest and create a plan which works for you and your lifestyle. Set in a yoga studio in beautiful woodland, topped off with tea and cake.

Where do I park?

There is not a car park but there is plenty of parking in Llanishen. Llanishen Train Station is 10 minutes away.

Do I have to be a Mum to come?

No, not at all, but the event is created with Mums in mind. We warmly welcome all who identify as female.
