Welcome to the online event: Reduce pain now while you are on the waiting list to see a Physiotherapist!

Are you tired of waiting to get relief from your pain?

Join us on June 29, 2025 at 8:00 PM (Europe/London) to learn some tips and tricks to manage your pain while you wait for your physiotherapy appointment. Let's work together to make you feel better!

If you're in pain, you're dealing with inflammation—whether it's in your muscles, joints, ligaments, or bones. And if you’ve reached the point of seeking a physiotherapy referral, it means this pain is no longer something you can ignore. It’s affecting your life. Waiting is no longer an option.

This workshop is for you if: 🙂‍↕️You’re currently on a waiting list to see a physiotherapist 🙂‍↕️You’re in pain and want to understand what’s going on in your body 🙂‍↕️You want to take meaningful action now to reduce your pain, not weeks from now 🙂‍↕️You’re tired of flare-ups and want to stop the cycle

What you’ll learn in this session: ✅ Why all pain has an inflammatory process behind it ✅ What’s really happening in your body—and what it’s trying to tell you ✅ What simple steps you can take to reduce pain starting today ✅ How to avoid your current pain becoming a recurring long-term issue ✅ What isn’t being shared through regular healthcare services (but should be) ✅ Live Q&A: Ask your specific questions and get real-time support

Even if your pain improves shortly after this call, I highly recommend keeping your scheduled physiotherapy appointment. Why? Because this workshop will give you insight, knowledge, and tools that go far beyond symptom relief—it will help you understand and transform your recovery path.

Duration: 1.5 hours Format: Live on Zoom (link will be sent after registration) Hosted by: Robbie, Physiotherapist and Founder of Virtual Physio
