Where can I get the 'Getting on Better' packs from once I have completed my training days?

The 'Getting on Better' packs can be collected from any of the 3 Wiltshire Family Hubs, our hubs are based at Five Rivers Leisure Centre, Salisbury, Monkton Park, Chippenham or County Hall, Trowbridge. You can drop in and ask our friendly Admin Navigators and they will be able to support you.

Does each parent/carer receive a 'Getting on Better' Pack?

'Getting on Better' packs can be given to any parent/carer that you are working with, you can either work alongside the parent/carer to complete the digital resources or they can choose to complete the digital resources in their own time.

Are the digital resources easy to use and are they accessible at all times online?

Yes the digital resources are accessible, they have been created using readability FOG index = 9 , they are available 24/7 on smart phone, laptop or tablet and are adaptable when supported by practitioner.

Do parent/carers receive a certificate on completion to share with other professionals?

Yes, each digital resource will ask the parent/carer to complete a pre and post course summary, once the module has been completed the parent/carer will then receive a certificate of completion.
