Need to grow your company but can't find suitable technically qualified staff?
Develop your own - with RedWave Academy's help!
Taking on an apprentice is an excellent way of developing staff which will be trained exactly to your company's requirements. However, sometimes smaller companies don't have sufficient internal resources to look after an apprentice completely.
Come along to RedWave's “Lunch & Learn” to find out how the RedWave Academy Apprenticeship Support Scheme can help you develop the right people to help your company to grow!
This scheme is designed to assist companies which can provide all of the necessary “on-the-job” training but do not have sufficient internal resources to dedicate to other aspects of looking after the apprentice(s) such as Mentoring, helping them develop their "soft skills" such as "Customer Facing Skills" etc.
Through the scheme RedWave will coordinate with all stakeholders (the company, training provider and apprentice), acting as contact and liaison between all parties, ensuring compliance and successful completion of the apprenticeship programme.
Jacqueline van den Akker, Director of RedWave (Aberdeen) Ltd.will decribe how this scheme will work in practice and Jim Booth, Training Executive from Tullos Training, will be on hand to answer any specific questions regarding courses.
