About this event

Reenactment Workshop

A high impact, inclusive and memorable behavioural development workshop that is: Engaging – demonstrating the importance of skilled communication, trust and psychological safety to safe working in a way that engages even experienced audiences Immersive and memorable – people relate to what’s happening personally, seeing themselves and their colleagues in the action Experiential – participants learn/develop practical skills and behaviours and rehearse them in real time.

Beehive has been designing and delivering Reenactment Workshops for the last decade, using professionally-acted mini-dramas to show how latent conditions like poor communication, bad relationships.

The course is suitable for anyone involved in safe work. It explores areas such as lack of trust and immature safety culture supervisors, managers, site workers make accident and injury much more likely.

Scenario reenactment benefits include:

  • Demonstrating the importance of skilled communication, trust and psychological safety to safe working
  • Development of non-verbal communication, especially active listening, open questions using practical communication models and theories
  • Interactive demonstration of psychological safety
  • Exploring how to build psychological
  • safety through trustworthiness
  • Opportunities to practice and interact with the actors to rehearse skills
