This special workshop offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in a 2-hour session designed to elevate your practice and provide a deeper understanding of the philosophical and energetic dimensions of yoga. We will examine some classic issues that can arise in practice and explore how to avoid them by learning key principles of alignment. By learning these simple rules and integrating them into your practice, you can safely move deeper into your asanas.
We will be using different props to :
* Correct aesthetic alignments
* Deepen a particular posture
* Create new muscle memories to explore broader ranges of movement and flexibility
* Unlearn any unwanted/unhealthy pattern of movement and establish new ones
* Experience postures in ways they may have never felt before
* Reduce the chance of injuries by enhancing bodily awareness
* Release emotional blockages that can cause tightening of certain muscles, joints, or connective tissues.
All levels of yogis are welcome to attend this workshop, whether you are a beginner eager to deepen your understanding or an experienced practitioner looking to refine your alignments.
