Refine Your Business Idea with the Business Model Canvas
Overview
Are you exploring a startup or freelance idea? Whether you're just getting started or looking to take your concept to the next level, this workshop is for you.
In this session, you’ll be guided through the Business Model Canvas – a powerful visual tool that helps you understand and develop the key components of your business idea. You’ll explore:
- Who your customers are
- What value you offer them
- How you deliver that value
- How your business will generate revenue
You’ll leave the workshop with a clearer vision, valuable insights and a structured approach to planning your venture. Plus, you'll be better equipped to complete a full business plan.
If you're planning on applying to Brunel Entrepreneur Hub funding competitions this academic year, this workshop will even help you prepare for Stage 2 of the Venture Competition 2026 and Melete Social Impact Competition 2026.
📌 Open to all Brunel University students and recent graduates
💡 No fully developed idea required – come as you are, at any stage of your entrepreneurial or freelance journey!
