In this session, you’ll be guided through the Business Model Canvas – a powerful visual tool that helps you understand and develop the key components of your business idea. You’ll explore:
- Who your customers are
- What value you offer them
- How you deliver that value
- How your business will generate revenue
You’ll leave the workshop with a clearer vision, valuable insights, and a structured approach to planning your venture. Plus, you'll be better equipped to complete a full business plan and even prepare for Stage 2 of the Venture Competition 2026.
