As the year draws to a close, take a gentle pause to reflect on what’s been - and reconnect with yourself before stepping into what’s next.
This relaxed online workshop offers a calm space to slow down, look back with kindness, and celebrate your quiet achievements. Through simple reflective and creative exercises, you’ll explore the moments, feelings, and experiences that shaped your year - without pressure, perfection, or planning for the next thing.
It’s a chance to honour how far you’ve come, to notice what you want to carry forward, and to give yourself a well-deserved moment of calm before the festive season takes over.
What to Expect:
• Guided reflection prompts to gently look back on your year
• Simple, expressive creative activities (no art experience needed)
• Time to reconnect with what’s felt meaningful or joyful
• A supportive, soothing space to pause and breathe
You’ll need:
Just a few basics - paper (bring a few sheets of A4), pens or pencils, coloured pencils or felt tips, and a cuppa.
Optional: watercolour paints, brushes etc, or collage materials if you enjoy getting more creative.
Who Should Attend?:
Anyone who’d like to end the year with reflection and a deeper connection to themselves and how far they’ve come - especially those who:
- Feel drawn to more intuitive, creative ways of reflecting - whether that’s in life, work, or business
- Are navigating ADHD, chronic illness, or fluctuating energy levels, who often need to adapt and flow with their own rhythms - which can sometimes leave them feeling behind or unaware of just how much they’ve achieved along the way
- Care deeply and give a lot, but rarely take time to pause and celebrate how far they’ve come
This gentle workshop offers a calm, supportive space to look back on your year with kindness - to celebrate your growth, reconnect with what’s mattered most, and gently explore what you’d love to invite more of in the year ahead, not as a fixed plan, but as a way to support how you want to feel and be.
Location: Online via zoom. You do not need a zoom account to join. A link to join the session will be sent to you when you sign up.
Registration: Spaces are limited to ensure a personalised experience, so be sure to register early.
