Reflect & Connect: An End of Year Wellbeing Social

As the year comes to a close, many of us feel the pull to slow down, take stock, and make sense of the months behind us. But doing that alone can feel overwhelming, or it just never quite happens.

Reflect & Connect is a guided, heart-warming wellbeing social for women who want deeper conversations, gentle reflection, and good company.

This isn’t a formal workshop.
It’s a relaxed, supportive evening where you can exhale, reflect, talk, listen, and step into the new year feeling clearer and more grounded.

You’ll be guided through simple but thoughtful prompts, invited to share (only if you want to), and held in a supportive space that feels calming, grown-up and genuinely connective.
